• Lubcon believes in giving back to the societies in which it operates. It cares for its staff, the environment and its host communities.

• Lubcon sponsors Football, Baseball and Softball teams. Lubcon has been sponsoring the Kwara State Principals Cup Football Competition since 2005; with over 300 Secondary Schools participating annually.

• Lubcon offers annual entrepreneurship awards to students of Engineering, Science, Entrepreneurship and Information Technology at the Kwara State University, Malete. Lubcon has sponsored the production of text books on Entrepreneurship for Senior Secondary Schools in Nigeria.
